LT-OG The open industrial gear oil

1.Summary

“LIONTONE” The open industrial gear oil LT-OG series is made of high performance base oil, ultra-fine particle solid lubricant and other high performance additives by scientific formulation, which is a cost-effective product that takes into account economy and lubricity.

2.Performance feature

• Non-solvent, non-asphalt products, do not contain heavy metals and chlorine and other harmful elements, can reduce the toxicity of operation;

• The use of special solid lubrication additives has excellent wear reduction, anti-wear and extreme pressure bearing performance, and can provide reliable protection for the gear mesh part of heavy load work;

• The fine-regulated rheological parameters are easy to discharge from gear guard and other parts, and do not deposit in non-lubricated parts such as gear root.

• It has good anti-rust, anti-corrosion, waterproof, dustproof and other properties, and excellent comprehensive performance.

3.Applied Range

Replacing all kinds of asphalt diluted open gear oil, as well as non-diluted 100, 150, 220, 320 ordinary open gear oil, can significantly reduce equipment wear, vibration and energy consumption.
